Wine 102 – About:
Another introductory course covering aspects of wine! CSW Instructor Lisa Utano will be covering a number of topics such as old world wine versus new world wine, in addition to ‘tasting like a pro’ with some different varietals.
Guests will be able to enjoy complimentary glasses of wine to analyze and enjoy. We will also provide a charcuterie board for guests.
This class is a must for anyone who wants to kickstart or improve their wine tasting skills! Prior attendance in the Wine 101 Class is not mandatory for enrollment in the Wine 102.
Instructor – Lisa Utano:
This wine class will be hosted by Lisa Utano, CSW. Lisa is a Certified Specialist of Wine with the Society of Wine Educators and has been studying and attending conferencing with the organization for over 12 years.
She has also worked with the school as the Wine Expert for their wine paired dinners, presenting and educating the guests on the wines served for the evening. Her passion for wine has led her to travel to many of the world’s wine regions.

- Cost: $70 per person.
- This class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstrative.
- We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
- If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
- No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative class or event.
- Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
- The class starts at 2:00pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothing.
