Request Availability for Your Reception!

If you wish to schedule a Reception with us, please fill out the request submission form below. Once completed, one of our staff members will reach out to you to discuss availability.

You may also call us (480-502-0177) during our normal office hours to request availability. You will still be required to share the below information over the phone.

Or at the very least a rough estimate.
Receptions can be scheduled Sunday through Saturday with start times as early as 10:00am to as late as 6:30pm. Our staff will notify you if certain time slots are unavailable.
We are flexible with most requests. Feel free to pick and choose from our private party menus or from any of our publicly-offered recreational classes. If you would like an in-depth discussion, feel free to schedule a quick meeting or phone call with our staff to discuss menu options.
We encourage larger groups to go with the buffet option. We still accommodate any allergies and dietary restrictions for either choice.
We like to take note of both recurring and new customers.

More Info:

  • A request for availability will give us enough information to make a note of your potential event on our private calendar. If you wish to officially lock down your desired time slot, we request a 50% deposit placed.
  • Our typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you wish to get in contact directly with one of our staff members regarding an availability request, please shoot for that time frame. 
  • You are welcome to change your specifications for your event after you officially lock down a time slot with us. We ask for all final changes (switching menus, additional party members, new allergies/dietary restrictions, etc.) to be sent to us no later than a week prior to your event’s date.
  • We try to be as accommodating as possible for all potential groups, however we ask that you give us at least a week’s notice prior to your intended date and time slot.
