About – Business Meetings:
Want a mid-day break from your office routine? Tired of the stuffiness associated with your conference room? Want to make your business meetings a little more delectable?
Visit Classic Cooking Academy, bring your co-workers along, have a meeting, and enjoy a meal prepared especially for you and your staff. Classic Cooking Academy offers the use of our facility to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including hot and cold beverages. Appropriate menus and involved costs will be provided upon request. Typically, we would serve your food via a buffet in order optimize meeting time, but if you prefer, we can serve each dish as a multiple course experience.
If interested, your group may also request a team building event in addition to your business meeting. You can plan such an option either before, during, or after your meeting. Team Building events will be charged separately to the Business Meeting cost. For more info on Team Building, click here.
Pricing and Menus:
The basic breakdown of fees for business meetings are as follows:
- Facility Rental – Rental fee includes a private room for your group, tables and chairs, room setup, use of A/V equipment, complimentary coffee, juice, and soft drinks. We offer two options for rentals:
- Half Day Rental (4 hours long): $500 flat fee
- Three-Quarter Day (6 hours long): $750 flat fee
- Full Day Rental (8 hours long): $1,000 flat fee
- Menu Selection* – Groups can also opt to have food served buffet-style for their event. We offer four menu options total: two for a breakfast time slot and two for a lunch time slot.
- Breakfast ($35 per Person):
- Continental Breakfast – Yogurt, Muffins, and Fruit Salad
- Diner Breakfast – Eggs, Bacon, and Toast
- Lunch ($45 per Person):
- Italian Eatery – Caprese Salad, Grilled Chicken with Polenta, Sautéed Zucchini, Lemon Ricotta Cookies
- Home Comforts – Tomato Basil Soup, Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Lemon Ricotta Cookies
- Breakfast ($35 per Person):
- *NOTE: All business meetings that opt to include food must notify our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will provide substitute dishes for respective attendees at no additional cost.
Discount:
If your group chooses to host a Team Building Event with us before or after your Business Meeting, your group will only pay $100 per hour for your meeting.
How to Schedule Your Business Meetings:
To schedule a Business Meeting, simply call (480-502-0177) or email (info@ccacademy.edu) our staff to ask for availability. We’ll tell you which time slots work best for both of us and kickstart the reservation process. When scheduling a Business Meeting, it helps if you have the following information on hand to share with our staff:

- Name of Organization/Company

Space and Tech:
Our facility is technically equipped to suit audio and visual requirements, PowerPoint presentations, and internet access. We have two main wings for your group to occupy. Here is a list of some of our equipment in both areas.
North Wing:

Additional Info:
Alcohol – Alcoholic beverages must be served by a member of Classic Cooking’s staff in accordance with Arizona State Law and Arizona Liquor Board. The staff reserves the right to stop serving alcohol if conditions arise that could endanger other guests or members of staff.
Allergies/Dietary Restrictions – Classic Cooking accommodates any food allergies and dietary restrictions. At the time of making your reservation, you must notify Classic Cooking of such restrictions. We are not a gluten free facility.
Appetizers & Hors d’Oeuvres – Groups may also order additional bite-sized dishes at an additional cost for their reserved events that will be served upon arrival. Respective appetizers & hors d’oeuvres include but are not limited to:
- Charcuterie Board(s)
- Caprese Skewers
- Shrimp Cocktail
- Tapenade Crostini
Cancellation Policy – Cancellation for any reason must be received by Classic Cooking at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. In the event of a cancellation, 15% of the total cost will be retained by Classic Cooking for administrative costs. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund for payments already processed.
Guest Count – We can accommodate up to 80 guests for a Business Meeting. The maximum guest accommodation may change due to specific seating or setup requests. Final guaranteed guest count must be received by Classic Cooking at least five (5) business days prior to the date of the event. All charges will be based on the guaranteed guest count OR the actual number of guests in attendance – whichever is greater.
