- Lemon Macarons with Homemade Lemon Curd and Lemon-Kissed Buttercream
- Robin’s Egg Blue Macarons with Cadbury Mini Egg Ganache

From batter to bliss – master the macaron! Join us for this Specialty Hands-On Pastry Class and learn the techniques behind the famous French Macaron. This spring, you’ll pipe delicate meringue shells, craft luscious fillings, and assemble two charming seasonal creations: bright and elegant Lemon Macarons filled with silky homemade lemon curd and lemon-kissed buttercream, and whimsical Robin’s Egg Macarons — soft blue shells decorated to mimic a robin’s egg and filled with a dreamy Cadbury Mini Egg ganache. Each student will make their own macarons from start to finish to eat or take home!

- To make a reservation, please use the PayPal button below. If the button has been removed or you wish to pay via a different method, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.
- COST: $80 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.
- Tips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
- If your party has six or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.
- This Pastry Class is held from 10am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.
- We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
- If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
- No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.
- Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
- Class starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
- Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
- Children 12 years old or younger are welcome to attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. This is one of our more intensive pastry classes.
