Fresh bites, fresh insights. Join us for a delightful midday Lunch and Learn! Our menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients designed to satisfy every craving. As you dine, our chef will walk you through each dish — sharing the story behind the ingredients, the techniques that bring every bite to life, and fun tidbits that make every meal more meaningful.
Each Lunch and Learn includes complimentary wine, beer, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be available until dessert is served. This is a fully served meal — sit back, relax, and let the chef do all the work!

- To make a reservation, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed to avoid overbooking or you wish to pay by phone, please call us at 480-502-0177.
- COST (UPDATED): $60 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.
- Tips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
- If your party has six or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.
- Lunch & Learns are held on select weekdays, 11:00am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.
- We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
- If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
- No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative Lunch & Learn.
- Class size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
- Class starts at 11:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair, be sure to tie it behind your head.
- Students will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.
