• Poached Filet of Fish with Sauce Dugléré

• Pear and Almond Tart with Crème Anglaise

About:

Red, white & ooh la la! Our Classic French Wine Dinner offers the opportunity to enjoy traditional French dishes and wine pairings. Guests will sit down, meet our lead chef, and enjoy a four course dinner with specially paired French wines. With each course, our staff will talk about the food as well as discussing the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage. If you would like to take a sumptuous journey to La République, this is the wine dinner for you.

Classic French Wine Dinner – More Info:

• COST: $60 per person (NEW SEASONAL OFFER). Gratuity is not included in the class price.
  • Tips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.
  • If your party has six or more guests, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind, it is preferred that you register your entire party all at once to avoid scheduling complications.
• To make a reservation, use the PayPal button below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to pay another way, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.
• Wine Dinners are held on select Saturdays, 6:00 – 8:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.
• This class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstrative – our wine dinners are food and wine tastings featuring deliciously paired courses.
• We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.
  •  If you have to cancel within this time period, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.
• No dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs, please reserve spots for an alternative Wine Dinner.
  • For a more flexible option on food and wine pairings, consider scheduling your own Private Wine Dinner.
• Class size is limited to 36 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.
• Dinner starts at 6:00pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable and appropriate clothing.
• This Scottsdale Wine Dinner is hosted at our Arizona facility.
