Around the World Series – About:

Join us in this six-week program as we take a global look at a variety of cuisines that have taken the world by storm. Hosted by Chef Andrew Schmidt, the Around the World Series will educate students on individual cultures, their culinary staples, and the context behind it all! This series is open to all skill-levels, ideal for those who want to become more worldly when it comes to international cuisine.

Each week follows the same structure: students will listen to the chef instructor’s lecture over the weekly topics before heading into the kitchen to make the respective dishes themselves. Once the food is prepared and plated, everyone gets to enjoy a family-style meal of what they’ve just made with a complimentary glass of wine.

Around the World Series – Cost:

The Around the World Series is $600.00 for all six weeks of classes. Students may not sign up for individual classes. No chef jacket fee is added for this program.

  • Certain weeks of the Around the World program may be pushed back for other events. Classic Cooking keeps all currently enrolled students updated with any schedule changes.
