  • Morning: Yogurt with Granola & Fruit with Honey Vanilla Balsamic Reduction
  • Main: Pulled Chicken Caesar Wrap
  • Snack: Greek Orzo Salad

About:

In this series we invite kids and teens to learn basic cooking techniques, nutritional knowledge, and creativity in the kitchen! Students will walk away from this series with more confidence in the kitchen and a greater understanding of why scratch cooking is generally much healthier for everyone in the family. We highly recommend signing up for the whole series as we will cumulatively build upon methods and recipes from start to finish. Recipes and techniques will be provided for each day of class as we dive into the multitude of combinations and flavors for your kids to enjoy at lunchtime.

Cost:

The After-School Healthy Series is priced at $390.00 per student for all six weeks.

Notes:

  • Aside from closed-toe shoes, no equipment required from students. Classic Cooking will provide all ingredients and kitchen equipment. We do encourage students to bring in a writing utensil and notepad during the lecture portion of each class.
  • No prior experience required – students from all skill-levels are welcome to join!
