About:
Stir up summer fun with Classic Cooking! Teens will get to have fun in the kitchen and meet new friends in this delicious and interactive camp session! Campers will learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques, essential concepts, and general comprehension as they work in groups to make the daily menus. At the end of class, students will eat what they make!
$280 for 4-day session which meets from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Available to Ages 13-17.

Monday – Party Food
- Baked Buffalo Chicken Fingers with Homemade Ranch Dressing
- Spinach-Artichoke Dip with Tortilla Chips
- Raspberry and Cream Cheese Brownie Bites
Tuesday – Rise and Shine
- Denver-Style Frittata
- Maple-Glazed Bacon
- Berry Yogurt Parfait with Granola
- Orange Chocolate Chip Scones
Wednesday – Caribbean Flare
- Grilled Jerk Chicken
- Island Fried Rice
- Grilled Pineapple with Ice Cream and Orange Glaze
Thursday – Pizza Party
- Handmade Pizza with Custom Toppings
- Caesar Salad
- Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

- Cost: $280 for 4-day session, Monday-Thursday, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.
- To register, please use the PayPal button below. If the button has been removed or you wish to register a different way, call 480-502-0177 or e-mail info@ccacademy.edu to register.
- If you wish to pay via ESA funding through ClassWallet, please contact our staff!
- NO REFUNDS will be given in the event of a cancellation.
- Students MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.
- Teens Camp is DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry, no parents allowed!
- PLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP TEENS IN A TIMELY MANNER. A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness
- No make-up classes are offered. Once registered, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.
- While every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients, accommodations can be discussed.
- If a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.

A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. We must receive notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the week.
