2024 Kids Spring Break Camp

About:
Spring Break is here! Classic Cooking will host a fun four-day cooking camp, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Held every day from 10:00am to 12:00pm, students will build on skills throughout the week, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. Once they finish up each dish, students will sit in the dining room and enjoy their works!
Daily Menus:
Monday:
- Pasta Primavera
- Italian Chop Salad
- Olive Oil Citrus Cake
Tuesday
- Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas
- Black Bean & Corn Salad
- Double Chocolate Cupcakes
Wednesday
- Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
- Basmati Rice
- Ginger Peach Hand Pies
Thursday
- Beef and Broccoli
- Stir Fry Noodles
- Almond Cookies
More Info:
- COST: The cost for the 4-day Spring Break Cooking Camp is $220 per student, and includes all ingredients and supplies, along with beverages.
- Ages 8-12 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and run from 10:00am – 12:00pm.
- Students will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp, and will receive daily recipes for future use.
- 72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.
- A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out for your child to attend.
- If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.
- Students MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.
- Spring Break Cooking Camp is DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry, no parents allowed!!
A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness
