DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\nBeef and Broccoli\nVegetable and Noodle Stir Fry\nAlmond Cookies\n\nAbout:\n6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS JANUARY 11TH AND RUNS THROUGH FEBRUARY 15TH!\nJoin our after-school cooking classes and whip up a delicious dinner! Each week\, a different menu will be prepared by the students and then they’ll all sit down together and enjoy the meal. A great way for students to learn basic and advanced cooking techniques and develop a higher level of skill. Available to ages 8-17. \nMore Info:\n\n\n\nAfter School Cooking Classes are held on Mondays\, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.\, and include all supplies\, ingredients and beverages.\n$200 for 6-week session\, or $40 per individual class. Class is limited to 16 students. Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis. Call (480)-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu to register.  Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund.\nClasses WILL NOT be held on school holidays. A copy of the recipes will be available to take home.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\n\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72 hours advance notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions. Guests come in\, find a seat\, have a drink\, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up among the tables to prepare one dish of their choosing.  At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable three-course dinner complete with an appetizer\, entrée\, and dessert. \nMore Info:\n\nGourmet Cooking Classes are held on select Fridays\, 6:30 – 9:00pm. DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\n\nHomemade Spinach and Prosciutto Agnolotti\nChicken Cacciatore\nMushroom Rice Pilaf\nRoasted Brussel Sprouts\nChocolate Budino\n\n\nAbout:\nOur most popular stand-alone cooking class\, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in\, find a seat\, have a drink\, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up among the tables to prepare one dish of their choosing.  At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable three-course dinner complete with an appetizer\, entrée\, and dessert. \nMore Info:\n\nGourmet Cooking Classes are held on select Fridays\, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\nSPECIAL DISCOUNT: $50 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated.
