Purchasing and care of knives will also be discussed. \nThis is a great entry-level course for beginners looking to improve their kitchen skills. CALL OR EMAIL TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAIT-LIST.\nMacarons Class – Menu:\n\nOrange Macarons\nLavender Macarons\nCoffee Macarons\nMint Macarons\n\nAbout:\nJoin us for this Specialty Hands-On Pastry Class\, and learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores!  In this class\, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings.  Then\, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons!  Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home. \n(If you would like to take your food home with you\, please bring your own to-go containers.) \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal button below. Put your skills to the test in our 12-week Pastry Series! With topics covering cakes\, pies\, tarts\, breads\, creams\, chocolates\, and so much more\, this class is as tantalizing as it is appetizing. Hosted by Chef Susan Kolman\, you will get a professional look inside the pastry world. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Pastry Series – $1\,250.00 \nPayment Plan of Pastry Series – Deposit of $275.00 and then three payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy. We do not issue refunds for the $50 enrollment fee or the $40 Chef’s Jacket. \nRegister:\nVisit our Pastry Series page here for more info on how to register. \nMore Info:\n\nThis class is part of a 12 week series\, and classes cannot be registered for individually. No vouchers accepted for registration.\nStudents will be learning both techniques of cooking and the specificities of adhering to pastry recipes. As a result\, bring your own notes and a writing utensil. We will provide cooking equipment and recipes for all respective dishes.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00 \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy.
