DESCRIPTION:About:\nNothing tastes better than homemade bread right out of the oven\, and freshly made cheese.  While this may seem intimidating\, Joe Cambria\, the Flour Craftsman\, will show you how easily these things can be prepared at home.  He will first demonstrate how to make a seasonal bread\, and then you will make your own.  As your dough is rising\, proofing\, and baking\, you will learn to make fresh cheeses such as mozzarella and ricotta.  At the end of class\, enjoy the bread and cheese with a glass of wine. \nMore Info:\n\nArtisan Bread & Cheese Classes are held on select Sundays\, 11:00am – 2:00pm. DESCRIPTION:About:\nHave fun in the kitchen and meet new friends! Learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make!  $160 for 4 day session which meets from 2:00 p.m – 4:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 13-17. \nIron Chef Competition:\nDAY 4-  A competitive day for students!  The instructors will choose a variety of ingredients from the first 3 days and the students will make their own creations to be judged by their instructors. \nMore Info:\n\nPlease call 480-502-0177 or e-mail info@ccacademy.edu to register.\n$160 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 2:00pm – 4:00pm.  Class is limited to 24 students.  Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.\nNO REFUNDS will be given in the event of a cancellation.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM 2019 must be on file for your child to attend.\n\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72 hours advance notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions.  Please let us know at least 72-hours in advance; Otherwise modifications will not be made.\n\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nTeens Camp is DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP IN A TIMELY MANNER.\n\nA late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness
