DESCRIPTION:Junior Baking Series – Week 3:\nCrème Brûlée and Cheesecake \nAbout:\n6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS OCTOBER 21ST AND RUNS THROUGH DECEMBER 9TH.  CLASSES WILL NOT BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 11TH OR 25TH!\nDiscover if you have a passion for baking or just a sweet tooth!  In this first part of a two series session you will learn the terms and basic techniques for baking.  Find out what it is like working in a professional kitchen with a chef and how baking is a science!  Become familiar with the tools and equipment used by professional bakers!  You will make doughs\, cakes and soufflés; it’s all about the eggs! DESCRIPTION:About:\nNothing tastes better than homemade bread right out of the oven\, and freshly made cheese.  While this may seem intimidating\, we will show you how easily these things can be prepared at home.  First we’ll demonstrate how to make a seasonal bread\, and then you will make your own.
