Class includes demonstration by one of our chef instructors\, Andrew Schmidt\, followed by practical skills of various cuts of fruits and vegetables\, herbs and garlic. Each student will learn how to debone a chicken\, and a stir fry will be made with the chicken and the vegetables. Purchasing and care of knives will also be discussed. \nThis is a great entry-level course for beginners looking to improve their kitchen skills. It also serves as a great primer for those interested in the 24-Week Practical Series. \nMore Info:\n\n$65 per person. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAIT-LIST.\nMacarons Class – Menu:\n\nOrange Macarons\nLavender Macarons\nCoffee Macarons\nMint Macarons\n\nAbout:\nJoin us for this Specialty Hands-On Pastry Class\, and learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores!  In this class\, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings.  Then\, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons!  Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home. \n(If you would like to take your food home with you\, please bring your own to-go containers.) \nMore Info:\n\nThis Pastry Class is held from 10am – 1:00pm.
