This is a great way for students to learn basic and advanced cooking techniques and develop a higher level of skill. Available to ages 8-17. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $280 for 4-week session. WE WILL REACH OUT TO PRIOR REGISTRANTS SHORTLY.\nGourmet Class Menu – Festive Feast:\n\nMinestrone Soup with Italian Bread\nMushroom & Sausage Ragu\nCreamy Polenta with Pancetta\nBraised Broccoli Rabe with Garlic\, Lemon & Olive Oil\nAlmond Citrus Olive Oil Cake\n\nAbout:\nOur most popular stand-alone cooking class\, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in\, find a seat\, have a drink\, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up among the tables to prepare one dish of their choosing.  At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable three-course dinner complete with an appetizer\, entrée\, and dessert. \nEach Gourmet Class includes complimentary wine\, beer\, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be available until dessert is served. \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed to avoid overbooking or you wish to pay by phone\, please call us at 480-502-0177.\nCOST: $80 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nGourmet Cooking Classes are held on select Fridays\, 6:30 – 9:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Gourmet Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nVegetables\n\nPotatoes – Gratin\, Fried\, Mashed\, Dauphinoise\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00. \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \nChef Jacket Fee – $45 (automatically allocated into the deposit).  \n*NOTE*: If you already have a Classic Cooking chef jacket from a prior program and still wish to attend the Practical Series\, please call our staff to register. \nRegister:\nVisit our Practical Series webpage for the step-by-step process on how to officially register. \nMore Info:\n\nStudents will be learning techniques of cooking rather than looking at recipes.\n\nAs a result\, bring your own notes and a writing utensil.\n\n\nClass starts at 6:30pm (Thursday evenings) and 1:00pm (Friday afternoons) sharp.
