DESCRIPTION:Croissants Class – Menu:\n\nCroissant dough\nCroissant filling\nDanish dough\n\nAbout:\n\n\n\nLearn to make croissants with Chef Susan Kolman in this Specialty Hands-On Pastry Class!  Discover the secrets to making flaky and tender croissants during this all day adventure. Starting with a yeast dough\, you’ll learn to roll and fold in layers of butter to create layers of delicious delight. We’ll make traditional croissants\, fill some with chocolate and also use the dough to fill and shape several types of Danish pastries.
