In this class\, you’ll learn from the pros how to make the best home-baked pizza. No fancy ovens required! Once demos are over\, the chef takes in students to roll\, top\, and cook their own dough while others enjoy their salad as they wait for their turn. Once everyone has their own pie baked and ready to be eaten\, our staff then serves dessert.  \nChildren and teens are welcome to attend (with a parental guardian as we do serve complimentary wine and beer)! \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed to avoid overbooking or you wish to pay by phone\, please call us at 480-502-0177.\nCOST: $80 PER PERSON. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nPizza-Making Classes are typically held on select Thursdays\, 6:30 – 9:00pm but may be hosted on other weekdays. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you will receive credit at Classic Cooking Academy.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Don’t be hesitant if you think you’re not up to the task – this class is open for any and all skill levels. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Practical Series – $2\,500.00. \nPayment Plan of Practical Series – Deposit of $550.00 and then six payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \nChef Jacket Fee – $45 (automatically allocated into the deposit).  \n*NOTE*: If you already have a Classic Cooking chef jacket from a prior program and still wish to attend the Practical Series\, please call our staff to register. \nRegister:\nVisit our Practical Series webpage for the step-by-step process on how to officially register. \nMore Info:\n\nStudents will be learning techniques of cooking rather than looking at recipes.\n\nAs a result\, bring your own notes and a writing utensil.\n\n\nClass starts at 6:30pm (for Thursday Evenings) or 1:00pm (for Friday Afternoons) sharp.
