CALL OR EMAIL TO REGISTER.\nGourmet Class Menu – Light & Lemony:\n\nSpring Greens\, Fresh Blueberries and Goat Cheese with Lemon Blueberry Vinaigrette\nBaked Lemon Chicken with White Wine Reduction\nFresh Herb Lemon Quinoa\nStuffed Zucchini Bites with Feta Cheese\, Basil and Tomato\nFresh Berry Crumble with Creme Anglaise\n\nAbout:\nOur most popular stand-alone cooking class\, this is Classic Cooking Academy’s bread and butter. Guests come in\, find a seat\, have a drink\, and meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up among the tables to prepare one dish of their choosing.  At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable three-course dinner complete with an appetizer\, entrée\, and dessert. \nEach Gourmet Class includes complimentary wine\, beer\, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be available until dessert is served. \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed to avoid overbooking or you wish to pay by phone\, please call us at 480-502-0177.\nCOST: $80 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nGourmet Cooking Classes are held on select Fridays\, 6:30 – 9:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Gourmet Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair\, be sure to tie it behind your head.\nStudents will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.\nThis class will be led by Chef Sharon Lunardi.

In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. WE WILL SKIP THE WEEKS OF APRIL 10TH\, APRIL 24TH\, AND MAY 8TH.\nJoin our 4-Week Cooking for Homeschoolers Series and whip up a delicious lunch! Each week\, a different menu will be prepared by students before they all sit down together to enjoy the meal. This is a great way for students to learn basic and advanced cooking techniques and develop a higher level of skill. Available to ages 8-17. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $280 for 4-week session. Individual class registration is prohibited.\nTo register\, use the PayPal button below.
