In this hands-on cooking class\, you’ll be guided step-by-step by Chef Jeannette Ling\, mastering everything from preparing delicious fillings and folding big batches of Asian delights. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned home cook\, you’ll gain new skills and confidence as you create your own batch of dumplings to enjoy. Bring your friends\, roll up your sleeves\, and get ready for a flavorful experience filled with laughter\, learning\, and of course\, delicious food! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal button below. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. Our Wine Dinners are one of our few offers that do not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our lead chef\, and enjoy a four course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course\, our staff will talk about the food as well as discussing the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. For a food and wine pairing\, you’d be hard pressed to find a tastier option. \nSaturday Wine Dinner – More Info:\n\nCOST: $80 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire party all at once to avoid scheduling complications.\n\n\nTo make a reservation\, use the PayPal button below. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will only receive a credit to apply towards a different event. DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nIntroduction\n\nIngredients\nEquipment\nSanitation\nSafety\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking.
