DESCRIPTION:Practical Series – Topic:\n\nAsian\n\nTechniques – Satay\, Sushi\, Fish Tartare\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThe Practical Series is Classic Cooking Academy’s flagship program. Spanning 24 weeks and hosted by Chef Josh Hebert\, this series will educate you around the logistics of the kitchen one step at a time. In each class\, students will first learn their weekly topic(s) from the chef’s lecture before heading into the kitchen to cook dishes on what they’ve just learned. By the end of the course\, students will have a full understanding of nearly every facet of cooking. Students will walk away from this series with more confidence in the kitchen and a greater understanding of why scratch cooking is generally much healthier for everyone in the family. We highly recommend signing up for the whole series as we will cumulatively build upon methods and recipes from start to finish. Recipes and techniques will be provided for each day of class as we dive into the multitude of combinations and flavors for your kids to enjoy at lunchtime. \nCost:\nThe Healthy School Lunch Series is priced at $300.00 per student for all six weeks. \nNotes:\n\nAside from closed-toe shoes\, no equipment required from students.
