DESCRIPTION:Sorry\, this class is FULL\nSaturday\, January 21st\, 2017\, 12:00pm-2:30pm\nSo you wanna make a pizza pie?  Step inside Classic Cooking Academy’s Pizza Kitchen for an educational and fun class.   Master your homemade pizza like a pro with a complete understanding of pizza dough (yeast\, gluten\, flours\, etc.) and sauces.  The Chef will continue the class teaching you how to perfect the best pizzas\, using methods that you can replicate at home!  Included with the class/ meal will be a salad and dessert\, all with house wines and beer.\n\n\n\n\nLeave the gun and take the cannoli! \nLimited to 20 students per class.  Reservations are based on first come first serve basis. \nRegistration Required.  Please e-mail info@ccacademy.edu or call 480-502-0177 \nCancellation must be made at least 72 in advance. \nWHAT TO EXPECT \n\nThe class will begin with a Chef demonstration. The Chef Instructor will go over the ins and outs of making dough\, and demonstrate the entire process.  Students will not make their own dough\, because of the time needed for the dough to rest\, rise\, etc.\nEach student will make their own individual pizza\, and eat it with a Caesar salad and biscotti\nBeer\, Wine\, Soda\, and Water are included with the class and meal.\nPlease wear close-toed shoes\, and tie long hair back\nGratuity is not included in the class price.
