After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up among the tables to prepare one dish of their choosing.  At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable three-course dinner complete with an appetizer\, entrée\, and dessert. \nEach Gourmet Class includes complimentary wine\, beer\, and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be available until dessert is served. \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. Consider enrolling them in our Young Chef Cooking Program where students learn how to whip up delicious meals! Each week\, students will listen to an initial lecture from our chef instructor. They will then head into the kitchen to utilize the skills they’ve just learned\, crafting a different weekly menu before they all sit down and enjoy their dishes together together. This is a great opportunity for students to learn both basic and advanced culinary techniques and develop a higher level of know-how.  \nAll skill-levels welcome. \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $420 for 6-week session. Reservations are based on a First Paid-First Serve basis. \nThe Young Chef Cooking Program is held on select weekdays\, 10:00am – 1:00pm and includes all supplies\, ingredients and beverages.\nCancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund.
