During this time she earned her Wine Specialist Certification from the Society of Wine Educators in 2010. Her ’byob’ bistro in Carefree focused on wine and food-pairing dinners (2005-2007). DESCRIPTION: So you wanna make a pizza pie?  Step inside Classic Cooking Academy’s Pizza Kitchen for an educational and fun class.   Master your homemade pizza like a pro with a complete understanding of pizza dough (yeast\, gluten\, flours\, etc.) and sauces.  The Chef will continue the class teaching you how to perfect the best pizzas\, using methods that you can replicate at home!  Included with the class/ meal will be a salad and dessert\, all with house wines and beer.\n\n\n\nLeave the gun and take the cannoli! \nLimited to 20 students per class.  Reservations are based on first come first serve basis. \n$100 per person.  Registration Required.  Please e-mail info@ccacademy.edu or call 480-502-0177 \nCancellation must be made at least 72 in advance. \nWHAT TO EXPECT \n\nThe class will begin with a Chef demonstration.
