The Macaron is a dainty French cream-filled\, almond-meringue sandwich cookie\, which\, in its best form\, will fill your soul with warm\, fuzzy happiness after just one bite!  Join Pastry Chef Dan Boman for this special hands-on pastry class\, and learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores! \nIn this class\, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings.  Then\, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons!  Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home. \n$65 per person.
