DESCRIPTION:Saturday Wine Dinner – Menu:\n\nCaramelized Carrot and Ginger Soup\, Orange Crisp\nSeared Mahi\, Lemon Basil Beurre Blanc\, Mushroom and Spinach in Phyllo\nFlat Iron au Poivre\, Red Wine Jus\, Butter Whipped Potatoes\, Grilled Asparagus\nChocolate Budino with Orange Biscotti\n\nAbout:\nA delicious spin on wine tastings. Our Wine Dinners are one of our few offers that do not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our lead chef\, and enjoy a four course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course\, our staff will talk about the food as well as discussing the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. For a food and wine pairing\, you’d be hard pressed to find a tastier option. \nSaturday Wine Dinner – More Info:\n\nCOST: $80 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire party all at once to avoid scheduling complications.\n\n\nTo make a reservation\, use the PayPal button below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to pay another way\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\nWine Dinners are held on select Saturdays\, 6:00 – 8:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nThis class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstrative – our wine dinners are food and wine tastings featuring deliciously paired courses.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will only receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class.
