DESCRIPTION:Five-Course Wine Dinner – Menu:\nCurried Watermelon and Crab Salad\nButternut Squash Soup with Red Chile & Mint\nSalmon in Papillote\nPork Loin Roasted with Fennel and Garlic\nNutella\, Banana\, and Chocolate Crepes \nAbout:\nOne of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our chef(s) and sommelier\, and enjoy a five-course dinner with specially paired wines. With each meal\, our head chef will talk about the food\, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. \nMore Info:\n\nThis class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstration.\nOur sommelier or wine expert will lead the class. They will lecture about the bottle and answer any general questions you may have. The Chef will talk about the food pairings.\nThis is a five course tasting menu. We will serve five small portions of all of the menu items – each paired with a two ounce pour of wine.\nGratuity is not included in the class price. Instead\, guests sit down\, meet our chef(s) and sommelier\, and enjoy a five-course dinner with specially paired wines. With each meal\, our head chef will talk about the food\, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste\, variety\, background\, and vintage. \nMore Info:\n\nFive-Course Wine Dinners are held on select Saturdays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nThis class is not a cooking class. There is no portion of the class that is hands-on or demonstrative.\n$100 per person. Call to inquire about seasonal discounts.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel your reservation or change your party size.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Five-Course Wine Dinner.\nClass size is limited to 36 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nDinner starts at 5:00pm sharp.
