DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\n\nAppetizer:\n\nPhyllo Purse with Brie and Homemade Cranberry Sauce\n\n\nSides:\n\nRoasted Brussels Sprouts tossed with Bacon\, Cranberries and topped with a Blue Cheese Crumble and Balsamic Herb Drizzle\nSautéed Green Beans with Caramelized Shallot and Crushed Toasted Hazelnuts\nClassic Mashed Potatoes with Gravy\nCaramelized Sweet Potatoes and Apples with Brown Sugar\n\n\nDessert:\n\nPumpkin Apple Cobbler\n\n\n\n***A protein will be served for dinner but will not be incorporated in the hands-on cooking portion.*** \n\nAbout:\nAlthough the turkey is a must-have part of each and every family table during Thanksgiving\, we can all agree that the side dishes are the stars who really steal the show. In our “Everything But The Turkey” class\, we will be diving into the proper techniques\, ingredients\, and methods in creating a true home-cooked\, from-scratch\, Thanksgiving meal. Keep the cans of green beans in the closet. Keep the powdered potatoes in the back of the pantry. All of our recipes will be scratch made and your family will be most thankful come Thanksgiving. We will be touching on all of the classics as well as redefining and innovating some of them for the better! At the end of our class time\, our chef takes over the kitchen. The guests return to the dining room and are served all of our amazing\, homemade thanksgiving classics with a refreshing beverage. It doesn’t get any butter than this! \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please used the PayPal button below. You may also call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\nCOST: $80 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative class or event.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 6:30pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
