DESCRIPTION:About:\nSpring Break is here!  Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. \nDaily Menus:\nMonday \n\nPasta Primavera\nItalian Chop Salad\nOlive Oil Citrus Cake\n\nTuesday\n\nChorizo and Eggs Breakfast Burritos\nCantaloupe and Avocado Salad with Chili Dressing\nChocolate Crinkle Cookies\n\nWednesday\n\nChicken and Sausage Gumbo\nBasmati Rice\nGinger Peach Hand Pies\n\nThursday\n\nBeef and Broccoli\nStir Fry Noodles\nChai Chocolate Custard\n\nMore Info:\n\nAges 8-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp.
