DESCRIPTION:Looking for something to do over Spring Break?  Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills.  Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. \nDay 1- Asian Flare\nFresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls\nBeef Soba Noodle Stir-Fry\nFried Rice\nGinger Spice Cookies\nDay 2- Bon Appetit\nFrench Onion Soup\nChicken Crepes with Asparagus & Mushroom in Cream Sauce\nLemon Curd Mousse\nDay 3- Fusion Food\nCrabcakes with Cabbage Slaw & Roasted Pepper Sauce\nCrispy Fried Potatoes\nPineapple-Carrot Cupcakes\nDay 4- Iron Chef Team Competition\nStudents will participate in an Iron Chef-style team competition\, in which they’ll utilize the ingredients from prior classes and battle it out to create the best dishes! \n\nAges 13-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp.
