DESCRIPTION:About:\nSpring Break is here!  Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills.  Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. \nMenus:\nDay 1- Continental Cuisine\nSteak Diane\nRoasted Parmesan Smashed Potatoes\nGlazed Carrots\nBaked Apples\nDay 2- Caribbean Flare\nJerk Chicken\nTropical Spring Rolls w/Chile Sauce\nIsland Fried Rice\nGrilled Marinated Pineapple with Ice Cream\nDay 3- European Influence\nNiçoise Salad\nSpinach Artichoke Dip\nLemon Blueberry Cheesecake\nDay 4- Iron Chef Team Competition\nStudents will participate in an Iron Chef-style team competition\, in which they’ll utilize the ingredients from prior classes and battle it out to create the best dishes! \nMore Info:\n\nAges 13-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. DESCRIPTION:About\nHave fun in the kitchen and meet new friends! Learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make! $150 for four day session which meets from 2:00 p.m – 4:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.
