Teens will get to have fun in the kitchen and meet new friends in this delicious and interactive camp session! Campers will learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques\, essential concepts\, and general comprehension as they work in groups to make the daily menus. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make!  \n$280 for 4-day session which meets from 2:00pm – 4:00pm on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 13-17. \nMenus:\nMonday – Mexican Brunch \n\nBreakfast Burritos\nElote Salad\nFresh Fruit Salad with Agave Syrup\nBaked Churros\n\nTuesday – Italian Dinner \n\nChicken Parmesan\nHomemade Pasta\nSautéed Zucchini\nLemon Cupcakes\n\nWednesday – Asian Appetite \n\nSummer Rolls\nBeef Stir Fry\nVegetable Chow Mein\nChinese Almond Cookies\n\nThursday – Pizza Party \n\nHandmade Pizza with Custom Toppings\nCaesar Salad\nLemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $280 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.\nTo register\, please use the PayPal button below. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP TEENS IN A TIMELY MANNER. A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness\nNo make-up classes are offered. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend. We must receive notice of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours prior to the week.
