DESCRIPTION:Menu – Return to Italy:\n\nCaprese Bruschetta\nFour-Cheese & Herb Ravioli\nChicken Saltimbocca with Parmesan Polenta\nSeasonal Vegetables\nItalian Cheesecake Strudel\n\nAbout:\nMediterranean cuisine doesn’t belong to a single country — it’s a living tapestry of flavors woven across three continents and hundreds of cultures\, from the sun-drenched coasts of southern Europe to the spice-rich markets of North Africa and the Middle East\, and in this class\, we bring the very best of that world together in one unforgettable evening. In our Mediterranean Class\, you’ll arrive to complimentary beverages\, get acquainted with your chef\, and walk through a curated menu before splitting into groups to cook the dish that calls your name — then gather at the end of the night to share and savor everything you’ve made together. \nAll Mediterranean Classes include complimentary wine\, beer\, soda\, and soft drinks! \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal button below. If you wish to pay via a different method\, call 480-502-0177. \nCOST: $80 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nMediterranean Cooking Classes are held on select Sundays\, 4:00 – 6:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 4:00pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
