DESCRIPTION:SORRY THIS CLASS IS FULL \nIn this dynamic hands-on cooking class\, based upon the food culture of those living along the Mediterranean Sea\, you’ll prepare creative\, health-conscious dishes that feature the regions most familiar ingredients. \nMENU\nOlive Tapenade on Croutons\nSalmon en Papillote\nPotato Gratin\nGreen Beans with Lemon Vinaigrette and Shaved Comte\nProfiteroles with Pastry Cream Filling \nFAQ’s: \n\nMediterranean Cuisine Classes are held on select Sundays\, 4 – 6:30 p.m.\, and include all ingredients\, wine\, beer\, soda and water. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nClass is limited to 20 students.  Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.  Call (480) 502-0177 or write Info@CCAcademy.edu to register.\n$100 per person.  Call to inquire about seasonal specials. Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time.\nClass begins with a demonstration and discussion by the Chef Instructor.  The Chef Instructor will go over each aspect of the menu.  You will divide into small groups\, and each group will work on preparing a different aspect of the menu.  Once the menu is complete\, students will sit down together to enjoy the meal.\nGratuity is not included in the per-person fee.  If you kindly wish to leave a tip\, it will be split among all staff including the Chef Instructor\, Server\, Assistant and Dishwasher.\nStudents will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.\nPlease wear closed toe shoes and tie back all long hair.

DESCRIPTION:Mediterranean Cuisine Class – Menu:\n\n\nGarlic Roasted Tomatoes on Crostini\nArugula Salad with Chopped Dates\, Chopped Walnuts and Yogurt Dressing\nMoussaka\nOrzo Salad\nRed Grape\, Polenta and Olive Oil Cake\n\nAbout:\nMediterranean food doesn’t limit itself to a single country; it is a cuisine that spans over three continents and hundreds of cultures. This class aims to find the perfect combination of Mediterranean dishes. Like most of our stand-alone cooking classes\, guests will come in\, enjoy complimentary beverages\, meet the chef(s)\, go over the menus\, split up to cook the dish of their choosing\, and enjoy their spoils at the end of the night. \nLogistics:\n\n$100 per person. Call to inquire about seasonal discounts.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel your reservation or change your party size.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Mediterranean Cuisine Class.\nClass size caps out at 24 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 4:00pm sharp.
