Class includes demonstration by one of our chef instructors\, Andrew Schmidt\, followed by practical skills of various cuts of fruits and vegetables\, herbs and garlic. Each student will learn how to debone a chicken\, and a stir fry will be made with the chicken and the vegetables. Purchasing and care of knives will also be discussed. \nThis is a great entry-level course for beginners looking to improve their kitchen skills.
