DESCRIPTION:Italian Dinners with Joe – Menu:\nButternut Squash & Kale Toast\nLinguine Carbonara with Cauliflower & Pancetta\nPork Loin with White Wine\, Mushrooms & Pesto\nChocolate Amaretti Cake \nAbout:\nJoin Chef Joe Cambria on a delicious culinary journey to Italy!  In this hands-on cooking class\, guests are invited in\, offered a drink\, and will meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up to prepare the dish of their choosing. At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable Italian-themed feast\, complete with a beverage of choice. \nMore Info:\n\nItalian Dinners with Joe are held on select Sundays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$100 per person. Call to inquire about seasonal discounts.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 24 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 5:00pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. SUMMARY:Macaron Class (SOLD OUT)
DESCRIPTION:We’re not talking about the French president here. The Macaron is a dainty French cream-filled\, almond-meringue sandwich cookie\, which\, in its best form\, will fill your soul with warm\, fuzzy happiness after just one bite!  Join Pastry Chef Dan Boman for this special hands-on pastry class\, and learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores! \nIn this class\, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings.  Then\, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons!  Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home. \n$65 per person. Space is limited.  This is a Specialty Class.  No vouchers will be accepted.  Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance. \n
