DESCRIPTION:Italian Dinner – Menu:\nZucchini Ripiene al Forno (Baked Stuffed Zucchini)\nMilk-Braised Pork with Butternut Squash Risotto\nBroccoli Rabe with White Wine & Garlic\nPumpkin Tiramisu \nAbout:\nJoin us on a delicious culinary journey to Italy!  In this hands-on cooking class\, guests are invited in\, offered a drink\, and will meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up to prepare the dish of their choosing. At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable Italian-themed feast\, complete with a beverage of choice. \nMore Info:\n\nItalian Dinners are held on select Sundays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$100 per person.
