Hosted by Chef Susan Kolman\, you will get a professional look inside the pastry world. \nCosts:\nLump Sum Cost of Pastry Series – $1\,250.00 \nPayment Plan of Pastry Series – Deposit of $275.00 and then three payments of $325.00 on the first class of each month. \n**NOTE**: In the event of cancellation\, please refer to our Enrollment Agreement for a complete breakdown of our cancellation policy. We do not issue refunds for the $50 enrollment fee or the $40 Chef’s Jacket. \nRegister:\nVisit our Pastry Series page here for more info on how to register. \nMore Info:\n\nThis class is part of a 12 week series\, and classes cannot be registered for individually. No vouchers accepted for registration.\nStudents will be learning both techniques of cooking and the specificities of adhering to pastry recipes.
