DESCRIPTION:Holiday Macarons Class – Menu:\n\nGreen Matcha Buttercream Macarons\nRed-Colored Orange Buttercream Macarons with Cranberry Sauce\nWhite Chocolate-Dipped Macarons with Dark Chocolate Peppermint Ganache and Candy Cane Sprinkle\n\nAbout:\nA festive spin on our routine Macarons Classes! Learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores! In this class\, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings. Then\, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons! Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home. Holiday-themed flavors and ganache fillings will be incorporated! \n(If you would like to take your food home with you\, please bring your own to-go containers.) \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal button below. If the button has been removed or you wish to pay via a different method\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu. \nCOST: $80 per person.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nThis Pastry Class is held from 1:00 – 4:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 16 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair\, be sure to tie it behind your head.\nStudents will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.\nChildren 12 years old or younger are welcome to attend as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
