Our Pastry Class – Baked Breakfast Classics is a warm\, flour-dusted celebration of the kind of baked goods that make waking up genuinely worth it\, bringing together rich indulgent flavors\, bright citrus notes\, warm spices\, and the kind of buttery tender textures that only come from doing things the right way. You’ll work hands-on alongside our expert pastry instructors to master the techniques behind some of the most beloved baked breakfast classics around — from perfecting glazes and compotes to the finishing touches that make something homemade look and taste like it came straight from a boutique bakery — and walk away with recipes and confidence that will make every future morning in the kitchen a little more delicious. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n(If you would like to take your food home with you\, please bring your own to-go containers.) \nMore Info:\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal button below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to register by phone\, call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu. \nCOST: $70 per person.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has eight or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nThis Pastry Class is held from 10:00am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10:00am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
