DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\nBûche de Noël (Yule Log)\n\nSponge Cake\nButtercream Filling\nMeringue Mushrooms\n\n\n\nAbout:\nThis fanciful “Yule Log” is a classic French holiday dessert!  Learn how to make the famous Bûche de Noël with Chef Pascal Dionot.  He will take you step-by-step through the preparation of the sponge cake and buttercream filling\, and you’ll finish your sweet roulade with marzipan and mushroom meringue decorations. At the end of class\, everyone will take home their very own Yule Log! \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $80 per person.  \nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or click on the PayPal link below.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel your reservation or change your party size.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on the menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 16 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 1:00pm sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
