CALL OR EMAIL TO REGISTER.\nDessert Soufflés Class – Menu:\n\n\nClassic Orange Soufflé \nChocolate Soufflé \n\nCrème Anglaise \n\n\nChocolate Sauce\n\nFruit Sauce\n\nAbout:\nLearn how to bake any soufflé with crisp edges and perfect height for a sweet end to a delicious meal. Join us for this hands-on Pastry Class\, and learn the technique to making those famous French Soufflés that everybody adores! Learn how to make the purée base along with the egg white lift. Each student will make their own soufflés to eat or take home. \n(If you would like to take your food home with you\, please bring your own to-go containers.) \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $70 per person.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
