DESCRIPTION:Menu – Chocolate Valentine:\n\nChocolate Cake\nChocolate Ganache\nRaspberry Sauce\nChocolate Truffles\n\nAbout:\nLove is in the air – and so is that sweet scent of chocolate. Join us as we make some topical chocolate dishes just in time for Valentine’s Day! Perfect for couples of all ages! \n(If you would like to take your food home with you\, please bring your own to-go containers.) \nMore Info:\n\n\n\nPastry Classes are held on select Saturdays\, 10am – 1:00pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$60 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this event are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Pastry Class.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 10am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair\, be sure to tie it behind your head.\nStudents will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.\nClass will be led by Chef Sharon Lunardi.\n\n\n\nTHIS CLASS IS SOLD OUT. DESCRIPTION:Macarons Class – Menu:\n\nOrange Macarons\nLavender Macarons\nCappuccino Macarons\nCoconut Macarons\n\nAbout:\nJoin Chef Sharon Lunardi for this Specialty Hands-On Pastry Class\, and learn the technique to making those famous French Macarons that everybody adores!  In this class\, you’ll practice piping the meringue cookies and create a variety of flavored cream fillings.  Then\, you’ll assemble your very own French Macarons!  Each student will make their own cookies to eat or take home. \n(If you would like to take your food home with you\, please bring your own to-go containers.) \nMore Info:\n\n\n\nThis Pastry Class is held from 10am – 1:00pm.
