Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. \nMenus:\nDay 1- Continental Cuisine\nSteak Diane\nRoasted Parmesan Smashed Potatoes\nGlazed Carrots\nBaked Apples\nDay 2- Caribbean Flare\nJerk Chicken\nTropical Spring Rolls w/Chile Sauce\nIsland Fried Rice\nGrilled Marinated Pineapple with Ice Cream\nDay 3- European Influence\nNiçoise Salad\nSpinach Artichoke Dip\nLemon Blueberry Cheesecake\nDay 4- Iron Chef Team Competition\nStudents will participate in an Iron Chef-style team competition\, in which they’ll utilize the ingredients from prior classes and battle it out to create the best dishes! \nMore Info:\n\nAges 8-12 are welcome to register for this cooking camp.
