Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. Once they finish up each dish\, students will sit in the dining room and enjoy their creations! \nDaily Menus:\nMonday – Continental Cuisine \n\n\nSteak Diane\nRoasted Parmesan Smashed Potatoes\nGlazed Carrots\nBaked Apples\n\nTuesday – Caribbean Flare \n\nJerk Chicken\nTropical Spring Rolls w/Chile Sauce\nIsland Fried Rice\nGrilled Marinated Pineapple with Ice Cream\n\nWednesday – European Influence \n\nNiçoise Salad\nSpinach Artichoke Dip\nLemon Blueberry Cheesecake\n\nThursday – Thai Specials \n\nSummer Rolls\nPad Thai with Shrimp and Tofu\nThai Green Beans\nGinger Spice Cookies\n\n\nMore Info:\n\nAges 8-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Students will be grouped according to their ages.  Classes are held Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday\, and run from 12:00pm – 2:00pm.\nThe cost for the 4-day Spring Break Cooking Camp is $160 per student\, and includes all ingredients and supplies\, along with beverages.\nStudents will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp\, and will take home a packet of recipes for future use.\n72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\nIf your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions\, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\n\nSpring Break Cooking Camp is DROP OFF ONLY.  Sorry\, no parents allowed!!\nA late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.\n\nTHIS SPRING BREAK CAMP IS SOLD OUT. DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\nShrimp and Sausage Gumbo\nDirty Rice\nBanana Foster Bread Pudding\n\nAbout:\n6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS JANUARY 11TH AND RUNS THROUGH FEBRUARY 15TH!\nJoin our after-school cooking classes and whip up a delicious dinner! Each week\, a different menu will be prepared by the students and then they’ll all sit down together and enjoy the meal. A great way for students to learn basic and advanced cooking techniques and develop a higher level of skill. Available to ages 8-17. \nMore Info:\n\n\n\nAfter School Cooking Classes are held on Mondays\, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.\, and include all supplies\, ingredients and beverages.\n$200 for 6-week session\, or $40 per individual class. Class is limited to 16 students. Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis. Call (480)-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu to register.  Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund.\nClasses WILL NOT be held on school holidays. Please check the website calendar to view the scheduled classes.\nMenus vary each class. Students will prepare the meal and sit down and eat together. A copy of the recipes will be available to take home.\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\n\nIt is very important that we receive at least 72 hours advance notice of ANY food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise modifications will not be made.\n\n\nStudents MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Arizona health code.\nAfter School Classes are DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP IN A TIMELY MANNER.\n\nA late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness\n\n\n\n\n\nSOLD OUT. CHECK OUT THE UPCOMING (03/24/21) AFTER SCHOOL BAKING CLASS.
