DESCRIPTION:About:\nStir up summer fun with Classic Cooking! Kids will get to have fun in the kitchen and meet new friends in this delicious and interactive camp session! Campers will learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques\, essential concepts\, and general comprehension as they work in groups to make the daily menus. At the end of class\, students will eat what they make!  \n$280 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12. \nMenus:\nMonday – Party Food \n\nBaked Buffalo Chicken Fingers with Homemade Ranch Dressing\nSpinach-Artichoke Dip with Tortilla Chips\nRaspberry and Cream Cheese Brownie Bites\n\nTuesday – Rise and Shine \n\nDenver-Style Frittata\nMaple-Glazed Bacon\nBerry Yogurt Parfait with Granola\nOrange Chocolate Chip Scones\n\nWednesday – Caribbean Flare \n\nGrilled Jerk Chicken \nIsland Fried Rice\nGrilled Pineapple with Ice Cream and Orange Glaze\n\nThursday – Pizza Party \n\nHandmade Pizza with Custom Toppings\nCaesar Salad\nLemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze\n\nMore Info:\n\nCost: $280 for 4-day session\, Monday-Thursday\, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Sorry\, no parents allowed!\nPLEASE DROP OFF AND PICK UP KIDS IN A TIMELY MANNER. A late fee will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness\nNo make-up classes are offered. Once registered\, students are expected to commit to the entire week of camp.\nWhile every attempt is made for dietary friendly menus\, we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions; please review each week’s class menus before enrolling your child or give us a call to discuss any concerns you might have. If the parent/guardian is willing to provide substitutions for some ingredients\, accommodations can be discussed.\nIf a student behaves in a troubling and disruptive manner\, we reserve the right to contact their parent/guardian to pick up their child and remove them from the camp session.\n\nA MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out and sent out to us via email (info@ccacademy.edu) for your child to attend.
