DESCRIPTION:After School Cooking Class – Menu:\nChicken Cordon Bleu\nCreamed Spinach\nMixed Greens w/Dijon Vinaigrette\nCreme Brulee \nAbout:\n6-WEEK SESSION BEGINS JANUARY 14TH AND RUNS THROUGH MARCH 4TH.  CLASSES WILL NOT BE HELD ON JANUARY 21ST OR FEBRUARY 18TH!\nJoin our after-school cooking classes and whip up a delicious dinner!  Each week\, a different menu with be prepared by the students and then they’ll all sit down together and enjoy the meal.  A great way for students to learn basic and advanced cooking techniques to develop a higher level of skill.  Available to ages 8-17. \nMore Info:\n\nAfter School Cooking Classes are held on Mondays\, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.\, and include all supplies\, ingredients and beverages.\n$200 for 6-week session\, or $40 per individual class.  Class is limited to 20 students.  Reservations are based on First Come-First Serve basis.  Call (480) 502-0177 or email Info@CCAcademy.edu to register.  Cancellation must be made 72 hours in advance of course time for fee refund.\nClasses WILL NOT be held on School Holidays.  Please check the website calendar to view the scheduled classes\nA Medical authorization form must be on file for each student.  Download the MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM\nMenus vary each class.  Students will prepare the meal and sit down and eat together.  A copy of the recipes will be available to take home.\nPlease wear closed toe shoes and tie back all long hair.

DESCRIPTION:About:\nSpring Break is here!  Classic Cooking introduces a fun four-day cooking camp\, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills throughout the week\, and the daily changing menus will offer a wide variety of seasonal delights. \nMenus:\nDay 1- Continental Cuisine\nSteak Diane\nRoasted Parmesan Smashed Potatoes\nGlazed Carrots\nBaked Apples\nDay 2- Caribbean Flare\nJerk Chicken\nTropical Spring Rolls w/Chile Sauce\nIsland Fried Rice\nGrilled Marinated Pineapple with Ice Cream\nDay 3- European Influence\nNiçoise Salad\nSpinach Artichoke Dip\nLemon Blueberry Cheesecake\nDay 4- Iron Chef Team Competition\nStudents will participate in an Iron Chef-style team competition\, in which they’ll utilize the ingredients from prior classes and battle it out to create the best dishes! \nMore Info:\n\nAges 8-12 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Classes are held Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday\, and run from 10:00am – 12:00pm.\nThe cost for the 4-day Kids Cooking Camp is $150 per student\, and includes all ingredients and supplies\, along with beverages.\nStudents will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp\, and will take home a packet of recipes for future use.\n72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.\nA  MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be on file for your child to attend.\n\nIf your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions\, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.\n\n\nKids Camp is DROP OFF ONLY.  Sorry\, no parents allowed!!\n\n
