DESCRIPTION:THIS CLASS IS CANCELLED.\nEverything Breakfast Class Menu:\n\nEggs Benedict and Variations\nFoolproof Hollandaise\nChilaquiles\nSoufflé Pancakes\nShakshuka\nMeats!\n\nAbout:\nBecause the most important meal of the day deserves to be the most delicious. Our Everything Breakfast Class is a weekend morning experience dedicated to elevating the dishes you thought you already knew — and introducing you to a few you’ll wonder how you ever lived without. Each class features its own unique breakfast or brunch menu\, so whether it’s a classic done to perfection or something bold and unexpected\, there’s always something worth waking up for. You’ll start the morning with an engaging lecture from your chef instructor\, breaking down the menu\, the techniques\, and the little secrets that take breakfast from good to unforgettable — then it’s into the kitchen\, where you’ll cook hands-on under the guidance of our staff from start to finish. Once everything is nearly ready\, everyone gathers around the table to sit down\, relax\, and enjoy a proper morning meal made entirely by your own hands. \nComplimentary coffee and mimosas will be served! \nMore Info:\n\nCOST: $75 PER PERSON.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group a 20% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal button below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to pay another method\, call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\nEverything Breakfast Classes are held on select Saturdays and Sundays\, 11am – 1:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\n If you have to cancel within this time period\, you will not receive a credit to apply towards a different event. We do not issue monetary refunds.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on today’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Breakfast Class or opt to schedule a Private Party with us.\nClass size is limited to 20 people. Reservations are based on a ‘first come-first serve’ basis.\nClass starts at 11am sharp. Please be here at least 10 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. If you have long hair\, be sure to tie it behind your head.\nStudents will receive a full copy of all recipes for use at home.\nView our website calendar to see all of our other scheduled classes and events!
