DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\nPasta e Piselli (Pasta and Peas)\nProsciutto Wrapped Stuffed Pork Tenderloin\nCreamy Parmesan and Asparagus Risotto\nRoasted Italian Vegetables\nAffogato with Lady Fingers\n\nAbout:\nJoin us on a delicious culinary journey to Italy!  In this hands-on cooking class\, guests are invited in\, offered a drink\, and will meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up to prepare the dish of their choosing. At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable Italian-themed feast\, complete with a beverage of choice. \nMore Info:\n\nItalian Dinners are held on select Sundays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$100 per person. SPECIAL RATE $50 PER PERSON – SEE DETAILS BELOW.  Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this evening are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you are subject to forfeiture of any payments made to this class or voucher usage.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. If one or more items on tonight’s menu conflicts with your needs\, please reserve spots for an alternative Cooking Class.\nClass size is limited to 16 people.
