DESCRIPTION:THIS SUSHI-MAKING CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED. WE WILL REACH OUT TO PRIOR REGISTRANTS SHORTLY.\nMenu:\n\nSushi:\n\nHistory\nDifferent Types (Makizushi\, Nigiri\, Sashimi\, etc.)\nPreparation\n\n\n\nAbout – Sushi Class:\nFrom raw to remarkable. Learn the art of the roll in our Sushi Class! Guests will learn about the history of sushi\, the different types of sushi\, and how to prepare this iconic dish. Our chef instructor will discuss how to make rolls\, slice fish\, and how to assemble nigiri and sashimi before bringing everyone into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking portion! Each participant will be able to prepare their own part of the menu before enjoying their creations with sides like soy\, ginger\, and wasabi. Please join us for a demonstration then hands-on portion of the art of making sushi! \nMore Info – Sushi Class:\n\nCOST: $100 per person. Gratuity is not included in the class price.\n\nTips for our staff for this class are not expected but are greatly appreciated. All gratuities are evenly distributed amongst our staff members.\n\n\nTo make a reservation\, please use the PayPal registration below. If the PayPal button has been removed or you wish to pay via another method\, call our staff (480-501-0177).\nSushi Making Classes are held on select dates\, 11:00am – 1:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nWe have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you have three days before the class starts to cancel or change your reservation.\n\nIf you have to cancel within this time period\, you will receive credit at Classic Cooking Academy.\nIf your party has six or more guests\, you can still reserve spots for any recreational class or event if you do not wish to do a private party. However\, we will charge your group an 18% service fee at the time of your reservation. With this in mind\, it is preferred that you register your entire guest count all at once.\n\n\nNo dietary restrictions or allergies will be accommodated for this class. Join Chef Kristina Grappo as she spends each week focusing on a certain subset of Italian culture\, taking care to highlight regional dishes and their backgrounds. Students will first listen to an initial lecture in the classroom before heading into the kitchen to create three courses of food straight from the Mediterranean Boot. DESCRIPTION:Menu:\n\nPasta e Piselli (Pasta and Peas)\nProsciutto Wrapped Stuffed Pork Tenderloin\nCreamy Parmesan and Asparagus Risotto\nRoasted Italian Vegetables\nAffogato with Lady Fingers\n\nAbout:\nJoin us on a delicious culinary journey to Italy!  In this hands-on cooking class\, guests are invited in\, offered a drink\, and will meet the chefs who go over each item on the menu. After our staff covers what each table will be cooking\, guests split up to prepare the dish of their choosing. At the end\, our chefs take over the kitchen\, while guests return to the dining room and are served a delectable Italian-themed feast\, complete with a beverage of choice. \nMore Info:\n\nItalian Dinners are held on select Sundays\, 5:00 – 7:30pm. Attendees must be 21 years or older to consume any alcohol.\nTo make a reservation\, please call 480-502-0177 or email info@ccacademy.edu.\n$100 per person.
